Production
Production and maintanance of top-quality die cutting tools depend on the right choice of ejection materials. Good cutting is all about clean cuts, neat creases, and proper waste removal. Our customers take great care in selecting consumables for their production, and they're proud about the great cutting they get with the same level of equipment productivity. It is very crusial to have the die cutting process controlled. However, when working with corrugated board, there might be crushing, tearing, or cracking in the upper layer along the creasing line. For this reason, ejection materials should perform a range of important functions, including:
- pushing the carton or corrugated board out of the cutting rules and the die cutting tool .
- fixing/holding a sheet of material inside the cutting rules of the diecutting tool. The reason is that many forces affect the material in the process of die cutting, and this might lead to uneven cutting, tearing of the upper layer of corrugated board, crushing on creasing area, and destruction of blank nicks.
